The Cult of Ruro is a spiritual organisation founded in 1895 A.D by Mathias Zhuvok it regards the ruling Ruro dynasty as incarnations of the Holy Spirit who have come to save people from the evils of anarchy and socialism. The Cult of Ruro are usually fanatical in their beliefs and several riots have broken out over their love for the Tzar's such as the 1934 Night of Chaos and 1977 Week of Pain which broke out when Parliamentary leaders spoke out against the Tzar. The Cult of Ruro is led by its 7th Loremaster Leopold Rolov whom is the oldest Loremaster in the organisation's history at the age of 87. The Cult of Ruro is a pro-Tzar organisation who at times have come under scrutiny of the Ministry of Security as a volatile religous semi-paramilitary group.
