Anarcho-Capistan, or Ancapistan, although also called AnarchoCapistan is a fledging nation bordering the nations of Karimun (to the West), Kivu (to the Southwest), and Jackson (to the Southeast). Ancapistan mostly speaks English with very little speakers of any other language. Ancapistan is unique in that it is entirely run by insurance companies who defend the nation through privately owned armies, with the citizen population being able to respond is turn to invasion with citizen militias due to the fact that Kingsmen can freely own military grade weaponry.

Anarcho-capitalism

Anarcho-Capitalism The basic fundamentals of a state is to protect its citizens from crime and then gets money (taxes) from you. The problem is that, to an Ancap, this is theft. Furthermore, the government can decide how much money you have to pay, against your will, for a service you did not consent to. Any effort to resist is a crime (tax theft). A state will always advocate for more defense and in turn, be able to justify more taxation. A government may hide this by taking foreign debts, or through inflation but you are still armed. The slogan "Taxation is theft" is partially wrong, because the government says that they will send people to arrest you if you don't pay taxes, this is armed robbery. Inflation is theft. You also won't be able to guarantee security because a government is a monopoly, and this means they get more money from your insecurity. In anarcho-capitalist theory, money isn't consent, nor is it a commodity, money is speech. If you make a economic transaction that does not include the government, it is mutually beneficial and the amount of money you give, speaks the value you give the item being purchased. In the theory of anarcho-capitalism, insurance companies will replace the state. What will this look like? Ex: Someone steals your phone that is worth $1,200, the state will not compensate you for your lose or make any effort to retrieve it whereas the insurance company will compensate you. In practice, with no government and only insurance companies, if robbers are running rampant, the insurance companies have a financial incentive to stop them at all costs due to the price to compensate, and fear of losing costumers if failure to compensate or secure finances. The population would be able to arm themselves which will allow for better protection. An Ancap society will still need a military which will be owned by the insurance companies. If a neighboring nation becomes hostile, the insurance company's consumers and stockholders will decide on the necessary defense budget and if invaded, the people will force their insurance company to do something about it, or they will flock to another company. Multiple insurance company will own armed forces or naval, air, and land capabilities. Insurance companies may work together to ensure profit. Citizens are also allowed to arm themselves and can form citizen militias to defend themselves. The military will have small, elite trained armed forces under the insurance companies, and large citizen militias with a mix of private armed forces and mercenaries. However, war is expensive, and insurance companies will do anything to avoid it, so an anarcho-capitalist society is more peaceful and less likely to start wars.

Insurance Companies

The insurance companies each have a privately owned defense force. This Defense Force is responsible for two things: crime preventions (so it is the police), and military responses (so it is the military), so think of these Defense Forces (Remember that each insurance company has its own Defense Force) as military police. But keep in mind the politics of anarcho-capitalism, we would be very much against going to war, but very much in favor of other nations going to war, so we can sell arms to both sides. This is because war costs money, but war profiteering earns you money. Insurance companies also have a monetary incentive to stop crime, because they would have to cover medical bills, funeral costs, or provide compensation, which costs them money. Each insurance company must be able to work together in the sense of crime preventions, and military defense (In case another nation attacks us) while also maintaining their competitive nature. Geico has a Defense Force of around 3,000 soldiers & they specialize in crime, specifically, robbery, armed theft, breaking in, and other stealing's Hilfe & Jugar has the largest Defense Force, with 30,000 & they specialize in military defense and violent protests/riots and crimes like murder, homicide, and assault Lachsumite Insurance Company has a Defense Force of 16,000 & they specialize in petty crime prevention like property damage Gretterberg has the smallest Defense Force of 1,000. Frontier Insurance Company has a Defense Force of 25,000 & they specialize in peace keeping operations, like keeping the peace between Frontier natives and settlers, and commencing military defense of the Frontier, and crime prevention in the Frontier.

Geography

Due to the absence of public settlement and road programs, and consequentially unprofitable routes, the Frontier territory is extremely remote and mostly undeveloped. Much of the Frontier territories' landscape remains untouched by civilization. In some places you can be as far as 128 miles (206km) from a paved highway and 36 miles (58km) from any dirt road. Land is extremely cheap in the Frontier territory, but also extremely remote and isolated. As a result, Ancapistan has the largest and most intact areas of temperate wilderness in the world. Airlines and highspeed trains are the main mode of interstate travel.

Ancapistan's population of 32 million people is mostly found in the many megacities located on the coasts of rivers and not too deep inland. Due to the inaccessibility of the Frontier territory, population and business continue to consolidate in the mega metropolitan areas.

Demographics

The recent Census describes the society to have a combined population of 32,984,897 people. Birthrates average 1.45 births per woman. The are 1.23 males for every female Kingsmen. The average Kingsman age is 29. Kingsmen life expectancy is 82, which is often credited to incredible advances in increasingly affordable pre-born-safe DNA optimization. and medical advancements.

Demographics of Anarcho-Capistan is very diverse, resulting from numerous groups and events like: Native Aboriginals, Colonial Kingsmen, Free-Market Revolution, and The first, second, and third industrial revolutions. The Continental cities and land in between have an average population rate of 86% White, 8% Black, 3% mixed, 2% Hispanic, 1% other, with local rates changing from city-to-city. The City of Capital's demographics are 80% Kingsmen, 11% Germanic, and 8.7% Native, and 0.3% other. The City of YellowField demographics are 51% Kingsmen, 38% European, 10% mixed, and 1% other. The City of Marketberg demographics are 40% Kingsmen, 30% Native, 29% White, and 1% other. The City of Moneyville demographics are 48% Mixed, 24% Kingsmen, 20% Hispanic, 7% Native, and 1% other.

Despite having no official language, English is used throughout Anarcho-Capistan, though to lesser degrees in the Frontier. English remains as by far the dominant language within continental Anarcho-Capistan.

In the Frontier, both Native languages and English are commonly used, caused by the increasing population of white Continental Kingsmen there. Most residents of Anarcho-Capistan are bilingual, with English used as the lingua franca.

The most common religion in the society is atheism, practiced by 97% of the overall population according to the recent census. In the continental cities and Frontier, most are atheist. The Frontier is the exception with the majority being Native beliefs. the other 3% are native religions.

Structure

Each of the cities have significant sovereignty, and no ruling national head of state such a President or Prime Minister or even a government. Any and all laws or policies (including budgets or war declaration) are non-existent. Instead, each city is owned by companies, and more specifically, insurance companies, who work together to ensure the continuation and growth of the economy, and protection of capital and employees. Each city may choose its ruling company with speech through money, where, whatever company the people invest in and put their money towards, gets more money, and more power.

The Declaration of Free Market and Free-Market Society Document makes the government what it is. Fully established Ancapistan (colloquially known as the Anarcho-Capistan) comprises of 147 autonomous cities.

Anarcho-Capistan has not participate in any wars thus far due its non-interventionist principles.
