TCN Security Council Resolution 023, officially called Repeal TCN Resolution 007 - Condemnation of the Republic of Paleocacher (023), was adopted by the Terraconserva Council of Nations Security Council on June 3, 2020.

To the Security Council of the Terraconserva Council of Nations

Sponsored By: The Islamic Republic of Greater Sacramento

Preambulatory:

  • Understanding the need of the situation to condemn the method of the executions and it’s public nature,
  • Recognizing the good efforts the Government of the Republic of Paleocacher has done to tackle this issue,
  • Noting the apology of the Republic of Paleocacher provided following these executions,
  • Expressing it’s satisfaction that the Republic of Paleocacher has supported the families of the executed both emotionally and financially,
  • Praising the works of the Republic of Paleocacher to completely abolish this system and technique of executions,
  • Affirming the constitution changes done by the Republic of Paleocacher and the legislative dropouts in regard to this matter,
  • Noting with approval that the Republic of Paleocacher has undergone complete reform in the criminal justice system,
