Stratocratic Authority

The Stratocratic Authority is the ruling organization of the country of Rakeo. It consists of a central Directory of War, with authority delegated to numerous subdirectories.

Ideology

Nacia Kultado

Nacia Kultado, or “State Worship” seeks to place the national spirit as a component of the religious faith of the population. The ideology was instituted as military forces took hold over Eastern territories. Nacia Kultado’s founding principles included

a rejection of leftist influences within the church

a dislike of the liberalization of the Theocratic Rakeoian Republic 

a desire for revenge against the prosecutors of the Officers Plot

Over time, proponents of Nacia Kultado gained influence over military positions across Western Rakeo, particularly in Olino.

Article 1

Article 1, section 1

Do not talk to locals without proper identification.

Article 1, section 2

Locals that have been independently verified as a ‘representative of Rakeo’s cultural values’ will have red armbands.

Locals that have been independently verified as a ‘representative of Rakeo’s economic values’ will have yellow armbands.

Disobeying this directive will result in temporary detainment and early departure.

Do not attempt to access wireless networking of any kind except within designated areas.

Mobile devices found outside of designated areas will be reported to internal authorities.

Mobile devices found in fraudulent possession will leave a traveler liable to prosecution.

Journalists must apply for a special permit to be in the country. Prior involvement in slander, defamation, or libelous actions may pose grounds for denial of a journalism permit.
A surcharge for processing a permit, accepted or otherwise, is 2000₵

If you speak about what you believe you see in Rakeo, your employment will not continue.

If you speak about Rakeo in a way that undermines state security, your safety is only guaranteed until all international agreements related to your safety expire.
