Do not talk to locals without proper identification.

Locals that have been independently verified as a ‘representative of Rakeo’s cultural values’ will have red armbands.

Journalists must apply for a special permit to be in the country. Prior involvement in slander, defamation, or libelous actions may pose grounds for denial of a journalism permit. A surcharge for processing a permit, accepted or otherwise, is 2000₡
