The Quebecosphere International Organization (Quebecshirite: Organisation International du Québecosphere) (OIQ) is an organization of states on Terraconserva that have a connection to the Quebecshirite language through diplomatic, economic, or cultural reasons. Due to the influence of Quebecshire in the global economy, the member states of the organization extend beyond states closely associated to Quebecshirite culture. The organization was founded in 1972 and has had several states join since its inception.

Controversy and Criticism
The organization has been criticized as being way for Quebecshire to extend its diplomatic influence over Terraconserva, and by some, due to the composition of the full members, the organization has been accused of being another diplomatic arm for Terraconserva Economic Union interests.[citation needed]
Criticism by Laurent Tulossa
Lyoan dictator Laurent Tulossa was heavily critical of the organization. Shortly after Lyoa’s suspension from the group, Tulossa lambasted the organization as “corrupt” and referred to it as “the modern-day equivalent of colonialism”. In 1985, during a speech, Tulossa remarked that the OIQ was “neocolonialist”. Throughout his presidency, he continued to assert that the organization was corrupt and imperialist. In 2002, Tulossa was overthrown by the Revolutionary United Forces during the Lyoan Civil War. After the war's conclusion in mid-2003, Lyoa was re-admitted to the OIQ.
