The Peninsular Sale was an acquisition of land performed by Rakhman in 1888, the event would subsequently lead to the declaration of the 1889 Saratovan Constitution and the dis-establishment of the Saratovan absolute monarchy due to the Tzar of Saratov having sold the land to Rakhman without the approval of Parliament, as well as the establishment of the Chehansk Free State under Rakhman's control.
