The O-400 (Rakhi:Оғози-400), previously known as the O-300 VM-3, is a mobile surface-to-air missile (SAM) system developed in the 1990s by Rakhman's TBD as an upgrade to the O-300 family of missiles. The O-400 went into service on 28 March 2007 and the first battalion of the newest surface-to-air missile systems assumed combat duty on 13 July 2007. (When I get to operators:Pavul ordered 20)
