Early life and career
Upon turning 18 in 2025, Mytnik enlisted in the Icarisian Ground Force for which he served four years. The Ground Force paid his college expenses and when he graduated he began working for the Ministry of International Relations. His title was "foreign area specialist" where is it highly suspected he was involved in clandestine operations. Mytnik's records and personal accounts prove he was in various countries during significant events which suggest the Icarisian government's involvement. In 2037, he was awarded the Distinction of Service Medal, a medal typically given to military officers, those who have committed acts of bravery, and put themselves in harms way for the country. He was then promoted to Deputy Minister of International Relations under Minister Ardian Sallaku.
Political career
Director of the RAMP (2070-2073)
Mytnik was appointed Director of the RAMP in 2070 when Marco Herrera resigned to run for State Minister. After his time in the administration and the ongoing investigations, Mytnik faced fraud and tax evasion charges. He subsequently provided necessary testimony against Marco Herrera and Sasha Petrov for their convictions. Mytnik reportedly refused witness protection, and ran to regain his seat on the Icarisian Council of Delegates in 2076.
