There are 14 ports that classify as a "major port" under guidance from the Office of Maritime Management (OMM) in the Icaris Ministry of Infrastrcture. The OMM tracks maritime trade data to and from the ports on a quadrennial basis. Data is compiled internally with each port authority, however, data is not compiled in a public report unless authorized by the OMM. The most recent port data report was published in 2072.

Foreign imports and exports are defined by shipments that depart an Icarisian port for a destination outside of the Icaris maritime jurisdiction.
