James Kowalski is the current Chariman of the Traditionalist Party, served as a State Delegate and State Minister from Eskimone, Minister of Infrastructure in the second Santiago Franco administration. In 2069, Kowalski was the Traditionalist Party presidential nominee but lost to Tommy Papillion in the general election. After the election, he was chosen as the Chairman of the Traditionalist Party by the Traditionalist Administrative Committee.
