Iván Gerardo Duarte y Márquez is a Lyoan politician of Creeperian descent. He is the incumbent governor of Ilebo province and is a prominent supporter of Romerism. He is considered to be the leader of what is called the "Romerist bloc" of the Revolutionary United Front party.
