The Department of Culture is a department run to further the cultural activities of The League. Its current director is Jack Empire.

The Director of Culture runs the department, determining and enacting activities and initatives for cultural enhancement of The League. The position is appointed by the Consulate.

History

The Department of Culture was created by the Council of the Republic Law 34, the Cultural Enrichment Act, when voting concluded on 8 August 2022.

Hosted events

• The League chess tournament began on 4th February 2023 and is slated to run until around 4 March 2023. 16 participants joined into the tournament.
