Carter Degroose Morris (born May 1, 1980) is the current President of Gjorka. Before entering the Presidency she was a assembly member from Baltimore.
Morris was born in Baltimore and attended the University of Baltimore. Following her graduation, she joined Gjorka United as a member, and slowly rose through the ranks. She was elected to the National Assembly in 2006. During her tenure as a member of the assembly, she has taken many fierce anti-immigrant and conservative positions. Often a frequent critic of President Vanderburg. She ran for President in 2021 and managed to secure an underdog win in the 2021 Gjorka United Presidential Primaries. Her campaign was based on a return to conservatism but toned down her anti-immigrant stances which angered much of her base causing them flock to the National Social Party. She managed to win the presidency but won with the lowest percentage of votes of any President at 30.1%.
