Ultimately, the organization's goal is cooperation and peacekeeping thru these debates and negotiations.
History
Bjorland Diplomatic Forum
The BCA was formed as the Bjorland Diplomatic Forum in 2015 and purposefully excluded specific nations from entering. In 2025, the body became more inclusive and was renamed to the Bjorland Cooperation Assembly.
