Ancient Caelean Coast

The ancient Caelean Coast was the home of early civilizations on the coast of the Caelean Sea, which in modern times makes up the north eastern coast of Greater Sacramento, the eastern coasts of Terranihil and Malgax, and in some cases the south western coast of Quebecshire.

Bronze Age

The Bronze Age as a whole is marked by the introduction of written records c. 3000 BC. This period was also the beginning of metalworking, hence the name. Techniques for making bronze out of copper and tin were developed. The first large empires emerged during this period.

Sagiga

Sagiga, located along the Alaius River, is the earliest known civilization in the world. It lasted from its establishment c. 4500 BCE until the rise of Akadia in the late 3rd millennium BC. The Sagigans were the first people to have utilized a writing system, Sagigan cuneiform, which they used for Sagigan.

Old Alaqa

Old Alaqa is recorded as the third oldest civilization, following Sagiga and Maungis, established c. 3000 BCE until it was conquered by the Ayreoshubic Kingdom in 2350 BCE. It originated south of Zahjeddah. Alaqan hieroglyphs date back to 3000 BCE.

Akadia

The Akadian Empire, founded by Sarugan the Great, lasted from the 25th to the 21st century BC, and was regarded by many as the world's first empire. The Akadians were superseded by Ashoria.

Ashoria

Ashoria succeeded Akkadia as the dominant civilization at the Alaius from 2500 BCE until they were conquered by the Ayreoshubics in 2150. Ashoria was the earliest Semitic civilization, which used Ashorian cuneiform, adopted from thee Akadians and Sagigans, to inscribe Ashorian.

Ayreoshubic Kingdom

Ayreoshubic kingdom c. 2100 BCE

The Ayreoshubic Kingdom which originated c. 2500 BCE became the most prominent civilization on the Caelean coast following their conquering of Alaqan c. 2350 BCE. The Ayreoshubic alphabet was derived from Alaqan hieroglyphs and used to write the Ayreoshubic language, the predecesor language to the Ayreoshubic languages. The Kingdom's first capital was Typhoeusia, or modern day X in Terranihil. The Typhoeusian tribe politically dominated the early period of the Kingdom. The capitol then moved to Hortensiusia and Augustalisople, both located in modern-day Malgax, from 2400 to 2200 BCE. Then it moved to Arcaviusia, modern day Guršaun until 2100 BCE, when the Kingdom had two capitols: Narcissusas in modern-day Quebecshire and Anullinusus in modern-day Greater Sacramento.

The Ayreoshubic Kingdom collapsed in 2000 BCE for a multitude of reasons. The Tundren Empire, the earliest known Anglish civilization, was at war with the Ayreoshubic Kingdom beginning in 2100 BCE. They Tundrens conquered much of the Kingdom's northern territories and depleted its manpower and resources. Additionally, the Asoreans (decendents of the Ashorians) conflicted with the Ayreoshubics for much of the Kingdom's existence. The final blow to the Ayreoshubic Kingdom was its wars against the Ivisians and Alaqans. The Ivisians were an Anglish people who entered war with the Ayreoshubics near its last years, conquering all of its remaining northern lands. The Alaqans, who had survived the reign of the Ayreoshubics, reformed and managed to conquer the remaining southern lands.

The collapse of the Ayreoshubic Kingdom led to migrations north and south along the coast of Ecros. The Kingdom's already widespread influence was further expanded with these migrations, with Ayreoshubic daughter languages developing in modern day Quebecshire, Greater Sacramento, and reaching Sur.

Second Alaqa

Alaqa immediately succeeded the Ayreoshubic Kingdom and ruled over eastern Terranihil and north eastern Greater Sacramento from c. 2000 BCE until it was conquered by the X Terranilic Empire in 1000 BCE. The Alaqan people continued to speak Alaqan, however they adopted their new Alaqan script derived from the Ayreoshubic script.

Asorea

The Asoreans were decendents of the Semitic Ashorians who fought against the Ayreoshubics and established a new dynasty in 2000 BCE.

Vektranamic Empire

The earliest evidence of Vektranamic people dates back to c. 2000 BCE. The Vektranamic language diverged from the Proto-Terranilic language c. 1500 BCE, which is when most scholars mark the beginning of Vektranamic civilization. Several Vektranamic city-states formed along the Theumus and Vantharus rivers. This period marks the likely beginning of the oral composition of the Kilva, Kilvaism's primary scripture. The Toferian civilization, which originated from the Aser tributary river to the Vantharus, was the most prominent Vektranamic civilization of the time. The end of the bronze Age and beginning of the Iron Age, also known as the Caelean Dark Age, follows the collapse of the Toferian civilization c. 1200 BCE and the fall of Alaqa to the X.
