Aleksandr I of Rakhman (Rakhi: Александр Сергеевич Новинский; born 15 December 1962) is Tzar of Rakhman. As monarch, he is head of state and commander-in-chief of the Rakhmani Armed Forces, and also plays the role of the supreme representation of Rakhman in international relations.
Aleksandr was born in Mezovsky as the eldest child of Tzar Sergei III and Tzarina consort Svetlana Novinski. Aleksandr was officially created Tzezarevich of Rakhman only one year after his birth and was formally proclaimed as such in 1963.
