Aleksandr I of Rakhman (Rakhi: Александр Сергеевич Новинский; born 15 December 1962) is the reigning Tzar of Rakhman. As Tzar, he is the head of state and head of government of Rakhman, the commander-in-chief of the Rakhmani Armed Forces, and head of the House of Novinski.

Aleksandr was born in 1962 as the oldest son of the reigning Tzar, Sergei II, and Tzarina Consort Anya Novinski. Aleksander's father assumed the throne as Sergei II in May of 1959 after Aleksei III's death, upon which Alexander assumed the title of Tzezarevich of Rakhman, first in line to the throne. In 1986, Aleksandr married Svetlana Novikova, the daughter of the head of the House of Novikov with whom he fathered two children: Lev, Tzezarevich of Rakhman, and Aleksei. On 17 September 1993, following the passing of his father, Aleksandr assumed the throne and on 29 September 1993, he was officially coronated.
