Fushao Rail is the rolling stock and railway signalling manufacturing division and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Monsilvan conglomerate corporation, Fushao. It is the company's largest subsidiary, providing around 80% of Fushao's total assets and operating income.

Fushao built the first railway carriage in 1924 for the domestic Monsilvan market and soon became the main railway supplier in Monsilva. In 1938, Fushao became the sole provider for rolling stock for the newly created Monsilvan Railways Administration, which is the government-owned railway operator in Monsilva. Fushao Rail was also one of the first to distribute high-speed railway track and trains, giving a head start on high speed rail for Monsilva.

Fushao Rail is also international, supplying track and rolling stock to train operating companies and governments from all across Terraconserva. Fushao is one of Terraconserva's largest manufacturers of high-speed railway infrastructure, including high-speed trains. An example of a system where Fushao trains being used outside Monsilva is the Hafnir Metro.

Fushao markets a general-purpose train known as the "A-train", which uses double-skin, friction-stir-welded aluminium body construction. Fushao's products have included the designing and manufacturing of many MRA Gaosu models, including the S700 Series Gaosu.

Many of Fushao Rail's products are manufactured alongside other rolling stock manufacturers such as the Monsilvan company, Soong Heavy Industries.
