The Săgeată is a Pavulturilori family of anti-balistic missiles tailor-made for the Pavulturilori air defence requirements and is used exlusively by the Pavulturilori Stratigic Air Defence Forces. The system is the end result of the Future of air defence program started by the Defence Court in the early 80's.
The Săgeată system consists of one (or multiple) 6-cylinder launcher unit, 2 EL/M-2080 radars, and several trucks for quick deployment and redeployment.
The number of Săgeată units that exsits is classified by the Pavulturilori Governemnt.
