Despite its name, the trade union advertises itself as a union for workers from Majocco or Sconia working for Monsilvan companies either in or outside of Monsilva. In Monsilva, the majority of its membership have mixed Majoccan/Sconian and Monsilvan heritage. Membership
The union's membership has consistently been climbing since its creation in 2000. The union claimed a membership of 121,231 in March 2024.
Factions
There are a number of factions within USTMM, the largest of which is workers for Yingtai International and Jianshe Construction who make up almost 30% of the union's members.
