Originally held in 16 September 1977 as the Pan-Creeperian Coronation Rally (Ծարրերա դել Ծորոնածիօն Պան-Ծրեեպերիանո; Carrera del Coronación Pan-Creeperiano) as a celebration of the coronation of Emperor Adolfo V, it kept that name until 1978, when it had its name changed to the Pan-Creeperian Rally.
