Early life
 +

 +
Alfonso Nicolás Moreno y Salinas was born on 23 May 1974 in La'Victoria, San Luís, Creeperopolis. His father is Leonel Moreno Freixa—who played professional association football as a midfielder for CF San Luís, CF La'Victoria, CF Serrada, and CF Bautista from 1968 to 1979—and his mother is Claudia Salinas Rodríguez, an actor who played roles in various films including El Sueño deun Chalateco, La'Cruzada, and Alturas. Moreno Salinas has an older brother, Leonel—who played professional footballer as a defender for CF Denilla and CF La'Unión from 1993 to 2005—and a younger sister, Carmen, who is a fashion model. Moreno Salinas' paternal grandfather, Gustavo Moreno Gaitán, also played professional football as a defender for CF Santiago Texacuangos, CF San Luís, and CF San Salvador del Norte from 1952 to 1957.
 +

 +
Moreno Salinas' family history of playing professional football led to his older brother also pursuing a football career, and Moreno Salinas also initially sought such a career. At age 5, his father enrolled him at a local football youth program in La'Victoria where he played at until 1989. That year, Moreno Salinas withdrew from the youth program as he instead wished to pursue a career in professional peil; his decision was influenced by his watching of SPG Creeperopolis games on television, after which, he joined a peil youth program in La'Victoria. In 1990, his high school, the Jaime López Videla Secondary School, formed a peil team, which he joined and played as both quarterback and cornerback; in 1991, he only played as the team's quarterback. His high school won the department's peil championship both seasons that Moreno Salinas played.

College career
 +

 +
In 1992, Moreno Salinas enlisted in the Creeperian Army and was stationed in the department of Zapatista. He saw active service in the Mara War in 1992 and 1993, after which, he left active service and became an army reservist. He remained as a reservist until 2014. He retired active service with the rank of private first class and was honorably discharged from the reserves with the rank of sub-sergeant. After leaving active service, Moreno Salinas enrolled as a student at the Casa de Martínez University and intended to play quarterback on its peil program; the university had joined the Creeperian League of College Peil (LPCC) in 1991.

Alfonso Nicolás Moreno y Salinas (Creeperian: Ալֆոնսո Նիծոլըս Մորենո յ Սալինաս; born 23 May 1974) is a Creeperian peil coach and former quarterback who is the offensive coordinator for the Adolfosburg Golden Eagles.

Moreno Salinas played college peil at the Casa de Martínez from 1994 to 1996. He was drafted by the Golden Eagles in 1997 and played as its starting quarterback from 1999 to 2007. After the SPG Creeperopolis folded in 2007, Moreno Salinas was signed by the Ratoath Kings of the Gjorkan Peil League where he played in 2008 and 2009 before returning to the Golden Eagles in 2010 to play in the Creeperian Peil League. He retired in 2015.

In 2017, Moreno Salinas became the quarterbacks coach for the Casa de Martínez. In 2018, after a successful season his former university, Moreno Salinas became the quarterbacks coach for the Ratoath Kings to gain experience at the professional level. In 2020, he became the quarterbacks coach and offensive assistant for the Baltimore Crabs. The following year, he returned to the Golden Eagles as its quarterbacks coach and offensive assistant before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2022.

Moreno Salinas played international peil for the Creeperopolis national peil team in 2003 and 2007, winning the former tournament and being named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.

Early life
