The Ecrosian section of the 1940 Terraconservan Cup qualification acted as the qualifiers for the 1940 Terraconservan Cup, held in Paleocacher, for national teams in Ecros. A total of eight slots were available for Ecrosian teams, contested by twelve teams.

Format

The qualification format was to be three groups of four teams, which would play home-and-away. The winners and runners-up of each group were to qualify automatically, the third place teams in each group would then contest for the remaining two available slots. In total, x matches were to be played.
