The Kivuian Air Force (Kivuian:Kivuian Luftwaffe) is the aerial warfare branch of the Kivuian Armed Forces. The modern version of the Kivuian Air Force was founded in 1907 by the new government at the conclusion of the Kivuian Civil War

The commander of the Kivuian Air Force is Lieutenant General X. As of 2020, the Kivuian Air Force uses X air bases, has a presence at X civil airports, and had an authorized strength of X active airmen and X reservists.

Personnel

In 2015, the Air Force had an authorized strength of X active airmen/women and X reservists. The civil personnel within the Air Force is being reduced to X officials and employees. Most of the civilian employees work in maintenance and the Air Force Fire Department.

Training

The Air Force has set up a total of X training institutions, namely the X, X, and X for training catering both personnel in active service and civilians willing to enter the Air Force.
