The company is based out of the city of Mirotvorets, and it is the second largest supplier of aircrafts, with the first being Kislota. Kostya Feniks founded the company in 1948 during the War of The Three States, to focus on making military transport and bomber aircrafts for Zloveshchiy to assist in the war effort. It is one of Zloveshchiy's main aircraft manufacturing companies.
