Paul Klaus (1999-2075) was an Icarisian politician and activist. He began his career as a founding member of the Traditionalist Party, serving as its first Chairman. He went on to serve as a State Delegate and State Minister from Paletaph for a total of 23 years. He returned to the role of Chairman of the Traditionalist Party from 2066-2069, but was removed from the position for his "extremist views not in alignment with our party's platform" - statement from the Party's Administrative Committee. After his removal from Chair of the Traditionalist Party, he went on to found the Nationalist Party of Icaris, serving as its first Chairman from 2069-2074. In 2074, he ran for his previous seat at the State Minister from Paletaph, however, due to eccentric behavior he was removed from chairmanship of the Nationalist Party. He suffered a heart attack that same year and in 2075 suffered a fatal stroke. He was for his outspoken nature and socialite life-style; Klaus was married 5 times during his life.
