Weizheim officially the State of Weizheim (Kivuian: Staat Weizheim), is a province in south-central Kivu bordering the provinces of Lohne, Vierbergen, Gerstungen and Welzen. Lähden is the state capital of Weizheim, as well as the largest city. Weizheim is the twentieth-largest of Kivu’s twenty five staats, with an area of 41,901 square kilometres (16,178 sq mi), and the nineteenth-most populous, with 1,456,129 inhabitants, as of 2020.
