The Vespire Company was founded by John Mark Vespire in 1918. It was originally started as an engines company, hoping to rival Abbott Motors.

John Mark Vespire was a futurist and potential in aircraft and aviation. He purchased six small airline companies to become the recipient of their engines between 1924-1929. In 1936, the Vespire Company had two major divisions: Vespire Airlines and Movement Division and the Vespire Engines and Aircraft Design Division. The Krystallic government stated they could not have as much market share as they had. They spun off the Vespire Airlines and Movement Division as its own company and formed a 30 year contract with Vespire Engines and Aircraft Design Company to be its main recipient for aircraft manufacturing and production. Vespire Airlines and Movement Division was renamed Vespire Airlines, renamed in 1937 to Aspire Airlines. The Engines and Aircraft Design Division became their major business, they were renamed to Vespire Engines and Aircraft Design Company in 1936, Vespire Aircraft Company in 1942, and back to the Vespire Company in 1942. In 1945, the Vespire Company spun off an additional division which specifically focused on R&D due to costs and government pressure against market dominance, this became Solidarity Technologies.
