Titus I was the first Iberic King of Illyricum who ruled from 1488 to c. 1470, when he died on campaign in Turisicum. Titus rose to prominence by leading several Iberic tribes against the Old Kingdom of Illyricum in the Iberic War, where he eventually victored at the Battle of Cerberonia in 1488 BC and killed the King of Illyricum, Baregenioc III. Shortly after the battle, he proceeded into Illyricus and took power for himself, banishing Prince Galiob and establishing a new Iberic rule over Illyricum.
