The Tarqiqini Lakes War (Quebecshirite: Guerre des lacs Tarqiqini; Arabic: حرب بحيرات طارقيقيني; Zulu: Tarqiqini ichibi impi; Berber: ⵟⴰⵔⵇⵉⵇⵉⵏⵉ ⵍⴰⴽⴻⵙ ⵡⴰⵔ ) was a series of conflicts lasting from 1858 to 1862. During the war, Majocco and its confederacy under Muhamed Bahri formed an alliance, the Berber Confederation, which was against the empire of Kwazulu-Ciskei, crown of the Majoccan Barbary Empire at the time.
