The Speaker of the Ostlandet Union is the head of government for the Ostlandet Union (OU), and the presiding officer of the Council of Ostlandet. The Speaker is elected by a 2/3rds majority in the Council of Ostlandet for a term of one year. The current speaker, Cara Lennon, was elected on the 28 June, 2022 in a 10-5 vote over Shauna O’Mangan. The Speaker acts as the Head of Government for the Ostlandet Union.
