Seán Mac Stíofáin (born 10 May 1970) is an made member and upper mid-level capo in the Paleocacherian Mob, specifically the Flanagan family, which is based out of the Dykeman District of Liberty City. He was assigned by mob leadership to oversee the importation of narcotics from contacts in Mara Salvatrucha in Creeperopolis. On a trip to Creeperopolis in 2014, he was arrested at the Antonio Sáenz Heredia International Airport following a chase and shootout with airport security officers. He was arrested and received several life sentences for drug trafficking and murder the next day. He is the only Paleocacherian national incarcerated at the Tuxtla Martínez–Panachor Maximum Correctional Facility.
