Scina dl Tirol (SdlT; Ladin for Tiroler Rail) is a Tiroler railway and train operating, partially state-owned, company. It manages over 60% of stations in Tirol and its trains call at in excess of 80%. SdlT is a private Compagnia Azionèr, with the Free State of Tirol holding 51% of the shares.
The company has many subsidiaries which operate railways in different parts of Tirol. Interzità Esprès (IZE) operates the intercity lines between the principal cities. Granda Trentin Rodèna (GTR) operates regional rail services in parts of Provinzia Inn and most of Trentin. Inn Ferata (IF) operate regional services in Provinzia Inn and Provinzia Adesc. Ziller y Passeier Scina (ZPS) operates in the two northern provinces of Tirol. Although SdlT services operate to every station in Innsbruck, they operate no internal city transport routes, as these are operated by Condota Innsbruck, which is owned by the Innsbruck Council.
