Paceld City is Paceld's capital and largest city. Located on Paceld's eastern Sea of Förfader coast, Paceld City serves as the economic, cultural, and political capital of Paceld. As of 2022, an estimated 3,273,192 were living in the Paceld City metropolitan area.
Paceld City sits on the eastern coast of the Sea of Förfader, making it the largest trade center in Paceld. Its central location in the country also makes it the cultural heart of Paceld.
History
The earliest historical records indicate that Paceld City, then called Svens Vila, was a small hamlet that sustained itself on fishing from the Sea of Förfader. Little else is known of the city's origins until 1863. Following the Treaty of Spöken that ended the War of the Three Kings, a central capital was to be created to unite the people of Paceld, and Svens Vila, to be renamed to Paceld City, was the chosen location. Paceld City began construction in 1864, and became the official capital of the newly reunited Paceld in 1871.
