Modesto Carvalho (3 November 1712 - 19 March 1784) was an Ilírican political who served as Speaker of the Ilírican Assembly as a member of the Ilírican Independence Party from 1765 to his unseating in the aftermath of the Jacóban Coup in 1767. Modesto was executed in 1784 on counts of treason and athiesm in the midst of the Illyric Revolution.
