Melody Aeronautics Limited (MAL) is a Tranquillian state-owned aerospace and defence company under Ministry of Defence, headquartered in Port Melody. Established on 19 December 1966, MAL is one of Tranquillias largest defence manufacturers. MAL currently has 18 dedicated Research and development (R&D) centers and 12 manufacturing divisions under 4 production units spread across Tranquillia. MAL is currently involved in designing and manufacturing of fighter jets, helicopters, jet engine and marine gas turbine engine, avionics, software development, spares supply, overhauling and upgrading of Tranquillian military aircraft.
