Livius Titus (c. 610 - 1 September 655) was the an Emperor of the Northern Romanyan Empire from 10 June 651 - 1 September 655, co-ruling with his brother Liviulus the Elder as the main administrator of the eastern regions of the Northern Romanyan Empire from 651 to 655. While it has not been confirmed, it is believed that Livius Titus was poisoned in Romanya by his brother who sought to establish his own son Liviulus the Younger on the throne.
