Henry Abbott was a Krystallic business executive and older brother of automobile manufacturing pioneer, Edwin Abbott Sr..
Henry Abbott had a career in business in the early 1900s before joining Abbott Motors. In 1907, Edwin Abbott Sr. created the Chief Executive Officer and the President roles at Abbott Motors. Edwin named Henry to the role of Chief Executive Officer while Edwin remained President of the company.
Henry's leadership of the company lasted a decade and in 1917, he named Edwin Abbott Jr. as his successor as the company's CEO.
During his time as CEO, Edwin Abbott Sr. stepped down from his role as President of the company in 1910. Henry named Everett Lee Rose I as President, beginning generational leadership of the company by the Rose's.
