The nation of Avigilon is a democratic republic whereby the Directorate is the head of state and the head of government who is directly elected, and of a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government led by a directorate and advised upon by the table who is appointed by the directorate. Legislative power is vested in both the government and the parlamentive National Assembly. The judiciary is independent of the executive and the legislature, the judiciary consists of the Court and the Common.
