The Gesporian languages, also called the Adikan languages (Kavardan: Adıgéxér), are a family of languages spoken in Terranihil. They more specifically originate from the regions of Kavarda and Acillia, sometimes refered to as Gesporia. There are two living languages within the family: Acillian and Kavardan. The group's relationship to any other language family is uncertain and unproven. There are about 11 million speakers of a Gesporian language.

Name

The exonym Gesporian is a Romanyanization of the Aramaic word for the Gesporians: Gesbureye (ܓܣܒܥܪܝܐ). The endonym is Adıgéxér, from which Adikan is derived.
