Albrec Julias Pescosta (born 23 September 1951) is a Tiroler politician and the current premier and de facto head of state of Tirol since 14 May 2023. A member of the right-wing League Party, he has served as the party's leader since 2020. Pescosta has been a Deputy of the National Council (CDT) since 2005, holding the League Party safe seat of Chiant. He has held numerous shadow cabinet positions.
