Ahalebên officially the State of Ahalebên (Kivuian: Staat Ahalebên), is a province in Ahalebên Kivu bordering the provinces of Grozregen, Nahmer, Auetal and Lohne. Aurich is the state capital of Ahalebên, as well as the largest city. Ahalebên is the third-largest of Kivu’s twenty five staats, with an area of 112,187 square kilometres (43,317 sq mi), and the fourth-most populous, with 3,267,087 inhabitants, as of 2020.
