Aberfal (Kernevic: ) is a ward, covering the south-west of Pow Ereder. The ward has been represented in the Kesva Kernev since 2009 by Morwenna Pascoe, the Prime Minister for Mebyon Kernev.
Ward profile
Aberfal ward consists of the second-largest town in Pow Ereder, Aberfal. It also covers a number of rural parishes in the west of Pow Ereder, including the settlement of Melin Bila.
Since 2001, Aberfal has seen some urban expansion, whilst the populations of smaller settlements in the ward have fallen. The main industries of the ward are finance, fishing and tourism.
