TheÞjóðvegur 2 or Route 2 is a major motorway in Reykanes that goes around reykanes connecting all of the dense populated areas. It is connected to Þjóðvegur 1. It is mostly pathed only in a couple places are still gravel in the north. The largest bridge in Reykanes is also accessible called Hvítá bridge
