The World Trade Center in Benice is the tallest building in Terraconserva and it serves as the headquarters of JASAREPA. Though it is within the city limits, it is placed in a special international zone to prevent Jackian laws from applying to foreign delegates for JASAREPA. The complex consists of the main office tower, a lobby, a meeting chamber, 2 restaurants, an on-site hotel, and underground parking.
