Vladimir IV (full name: Vladimir Alexandrovich Vasiliev; 17 January 1799 – 3 July 1883), also know as Vladicous Alexandrovi Vasiliev, was the Tsar of Ajakanistan between 17 January 1817 and 3 July 1883. After the Ajaki revolution of 1843, Vladimir IV was reduced to only a mere figurehead of Ajakanistan. He died on 3 July 1883. his son Nicholas II succeeded him.

Today a lot of xenophobic people in Ajakanistan praise him and parade in his honor, but in reality Vladimir was not racist. He thought positive of other nations and liked learning about cultures around the globe. He was the only Tsar in the history of Ajakanistan that protected minorities and spoke out against racism.
