Proclamation (Quebecshire)

A Proclamation or Proclamation of the Serene State (Quebecshirite: Proclamation de l'État Serein) is a legal document approved by both the Parliament and High Council of Quebecshire. Legally, a proclamation is only considered inferior to the Constitution of Quebecshire. Proclamations are rare, usually passed in times of crisis, and often suspend laws or reiterated the State and Government's power in a time of distress.
