History

Of the founding members of the organization Quebecshire, Greater Sacramento, and Eminople became permanent members, more informally referred to as the "Big Three," earning them permanent placement in both principle institutions and the condition of unanimous consent in regards to Security Council and admittance matters, effectively providing them a veto power in most circumstances.
Quebecshire helped grow the organization in its early decades, contribuing to its disussions and mediation efforts, as the organization was largely centered around international dialouge at the time. Quebecshire voted in favour of the admission of every new applying member in the twentieth century which greatly expanded the scope of the organization. The Administration of International Affairs directly manages the mission under the higher management of the Speaker of the Parliament and Premier Administrator of Quebecshire.
