The Permanent Mission of Groffenord to the Terraconserva Council of Nations (Groffenordic: Groffenordin ständiga edustusto Terraconservan kansakuntien neuvostossa)is the permanent of the Democratic Republic of Groffenord to the Terraconserva Council of Nations. It is under the management of the Chancellory led by Werner Herrmann

History

Following the Creeperian Civil War, due to its status as the deadliest conflict in human history and the economic problems it caused for the surrounding regions, several members of the international community founded the Terraconserva Council of Nations, an international body to mediate global disputes and pass resolutions regarding international policy, the foundation of which was formalized by the ratification of the Charter of the Terraconserva Council of Nations. The organization was headquarted in Bostonia, adding to its influence both in Quebecshire and now as a major global diplomatic centre. Of the founding members of the organization Quebecshire, Greater Sacramento, and Eminople became permanent members, more informally referred to as the "Big Three," earning them permanent placement in both principle institutions and the condition of unanimous consent in regards to Security Council and admittance matters, effectively providing them a veto power in most circumstances.

Groffenord joined the council out of mere interest of the idea of countries having a place to discuss matters on neutral ground, initally it would send a few volenteers and a diplomat to just talk and let other nations know that Groffenord exists. However in 1975,Chancellor David Lundell sought to build a more permanent diplomatic mission to the Council to further groffenordic interests and promoting democracy on the international stage.
